The Shanghai Media Group (SMG), the second largest multi-media corporation in China, is filming a documentary on how Shanghai can adopt foreign experiences to build the city of Shanghai into a center of innovation and advanced technology. To lead the discussion, the SMG is interviewing experts, scholars and institutions related to the subjects of education, science research, enterprises, entrepreneurship, manufacturing, government policies, financial support, internet-based services and globalization. The five-part documentary series is expected to air in late May of this year. The target audience consists of high-end groups, white collars, scholars and government officials in China and worldwide.
